All our members comes with initial 1 year of Subscription and have huge discounts on purchases. This means that you can purchase, we deploy and manage your site for 2 months for free with free support. But after the period of 60 days, you will need to continue to renew your subscription in site management or yearly site re-subscription of the order to continue get private support forum access.
Warranty
Our sites are guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of WordPress. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or later install or web browsers. We reserves the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after site files have been modified or third party plugins have been installed.
Site Support
Theme Support is about helping you to change to content pre introduced by us (Makersdigitalpro), configure and tweak your theme, and make small modifications to make the theme better suited to your needs. It is not about making heavy customizations or creating additional features. Furthermore we don’t offer support for WordPress itself, nor do we provide support for any third-party plugins you might choose to use with your site.
We will check the support forums usually every workday (Monday through Friday), and sometimes on weekends. But please do not expect to get a reply on Sunday. Please keep in mind that due to the time difference instant support may not be possible. We will try to reply to your questions normally within 24 hours during the support times.
Support is provided only through Support forum and ticket system. We do not give any support via e-mail, comments, Twitter, Facebook or any other means. This is the most efficient way to have all support questions at one place which makes it easier for us to keep track of all your questions.
Theme Compatibility
You should NOT expect customization for functionality not already provided within your theme except purchased as a different package on request and may come with a different charge, this is based on customer needs. It is our duty to always keep your service (themes and plugins) up-to-date and working with the latest version of WordPress. Our service are developed and fine-tuned for WordPress 5.4 or higher, the minimal requirement for our products is currently PHP 5.2 or higher and MySQL 5.0 (requirements). Our themes have been tested to work on Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer 10 and above.
Refund Policy
Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we issue refunds case by case basis only. Refund has to be processed within 14 days of purchase order. Our sales and support will try to solve your issues and if you are not satisfied then we will refund issue.
